Creamed Spinach

          Ingredients
          
            
        
              2 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs butter
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb baby spinach, washed
1 cup siggi’s plain yogurt
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
        Preparation
        
                      
                                
    In a large pan, heat oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add onions and sautée until tender and translucent, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Add spinach in small batches and cook until wilted.
Stir in yogurt and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
